This ROAM 5.5m iLC for sale is a particularly interesting opportunity to acquire a premium inflatable landing craft that was supplied as a superyacht tender but never put into service. Presented in light grey and in virtually unused condition, she offers the new owner an exceptionally versatile and capable tender, workboat or watersports platform.
Built using a durable Orca® Hypalon inflatable hull with a 200mm drop-stitch inflatable deck, the ROAM combines excellent stability and strength with a relatively lightweight 235kg hull. Her reinforced inflatable bow ramp makes loading and unloading straightforward, while the generous deck area and impressive 1-tonne payload capacity make her particularly well suited to carrying watersports equipment, provisions, bikes, vehicles or general yacht supplies.
The ROAM can be inflated and rigged in less than 30 minutes, making her practical to deploy when required and straightforward to store when not in use. Two inflatable drop-stitch seats provide adjustable driving positions, while the non-slip deck finish and substantial 600mm Hypalon collars provide a secure and practical working platform.
The boat is supplied without an engine, allowing the new owner to specify an outboard to suit their intended use. The specification includes a reinforced GRP transom, multiple lifting and tie-down points, removable heavy-duty rubber deck pads, boarding steps and high-performance GRP deflectors designed to aid manoeuvrability.
The current tender name can easily be removed, allowing the boat to be personalised for her new owner.
