Deck
The Beneteau First 44 features a clean, performance-focused deck layout. Its wide beam and open cockpit design create generous space for both sailing operations and social use, while all running rigging is led aft to the twin helm stations for efficient short-handed handling. The cockpit includes twin composite wheels, integrated sail lockers, and Iro-Deck seating, while wide side decks, flush hardware, and coachroof handrails allow safe movement around the boat. A fully opening transom converts into a large swim platform with direct access to the tender garage.

Cabin
Offering up to 8 berths with three separate sleeping cabins and two heads. The interior was designed by Lorenzi Argento, fitted out with mixture of lovely ALPI teak joinery and white painted wood. ALPIkord teak flooring and Lounge Falcon 162 fabric interior upholstery. There is full standing headroom throughout the boat, and it is bathed in natural light and plenty of ventilation. Up forward is the owners, master cabin with a large island berth to centre with seating to port and starboard. Large hanging locker to starboard, deck opening hatch to the foredeck. LED reading lights and USB charging points for convenience. To port, is the separate en-suite heads compartment, comprising of a Jabsco manual marine toilet with 64L holding tank. Shower compartment with folding Perspex door. White Corian work top with a basin with a pressurised hot & cold water supply.
Stepping into the saloon, to port there is a large Alpi teak saloon table with a fixed top which can seat up to 6 people, with forward and aft facing benches with large storages under seat. The seating drops down to make a comfortable double berth. Opposite to starboard is a double settee with good storage underneath. Aft facing chart table with the chart stowage, electrical distribution panel, navigation equipment and a overhead locker. Adjustable reading light. Tow opening hatches to the deck. The L-shaped galley is to port with a Glacier White Corian work top with moulded Apli teak beading. Rectangular stainless steel sink, with a pressurised hot & cold water supply. Upgraded 3 burner gimballed gas hob with a an oven and grill. Top and front opening 190L refrigerator. 20L bin compartment and generally good stowage around the galley. The second heads compartment is opposite to starboard with a Jabsco manual marine toilet with a 64L holding tank. Shower separated with a perspex door, white Corian work top with a basin. Pressurised hot & cold water supply. In both aft quarters and separate double cabins with large double berths, hanging lockers and other handy stowage lockers. 330L fresh water capacity.
