Hanse 345 Overview
This Hanse 345 is a modern and capable cruising yacht, offering an excellent combination of sailing performance, comfort and ease of handling. Designed by Judel/Vrolijk & Co, the Hanse 345 features a performance-orientated hull, spacious cockpit and practical interior, making her equally well suited to coastal cruising, family sailing and longer passages.
“Petra-Anne” is a desirable owner’s two-cabin version with the Yanmar diesel engine and attractive light oak interior. She has been well specified for comfortable and easy cruising, with a self-tacking jib, electric windlass, B&G navigation package including chart plotter, AIS and autopilot. Cabin
Offering comfortable accommodation for up to six across two cabins and the saloon, with a spacious saloon, well-equipped galley and large heads compartment. The interior benefits from upgraded light oak cabinetry, white bulkheads, Acacia-effect sole boards, upgraded blue upholstery and excellent natural light throughout.
The forward cabin offers a double V-berth with good stowage provided by hanging lockers and shelving. Reading lights and an opening hatch to the foredeck. Moving aft into the saloon, there is a large L-shaped settee to starboard with a central dining table and storage. Opposite to port is a further settee. Excellent storage is provided by a range of shelves, cupboards and lockers, whilst three large opening portlights and two opening hatches provide plenty of natural light and ventilation. The L-shaped galley is located aft to starboard and is equipped with a gimballed two-burner gas cooker with oven, twin stainless-steel sinks, fridge with freezer compartment and optional secondary stainless-steel front-opening door. There is ample storage and generous stone-effect work surfaces.
An aft-facing chart table is located to port, providing good working space, chart stowage and access to the electrical distribution panel. The large heads compartment is located aft to port and features a marine toilet connected to a holding tank, separate shower area, washbasin, wet hanging area, storage cupboard, shelving, mirror and opening portlight. There is also useful secondary access to the large aft cockpit locker. The aft cabin is located to starboard and offers a double berth, hanging locker, opening portlight and engine access panel.

Located beneath the companionway steps is the Yanmar 3YM20 marine diesel engine. 21hp, three cylinders, naturally aspirated. Freshwater cooled via a heat exchanger. Single-lever controls with electric start. Saildrive to a fixed two-bladed propeller. 160L fuel tank. The engine has approximately 590 hours from new and has been regularly serviced.

Built by Hanse Yachts in 2017 to a Judel/Vrolijk & Co design. White GRP hull with grey style stripes, white GRP superstructure and decks with moulded non-slip surfaces. Cast iron fin T-keel. Twin-wheel Jeffa steering to a single spade-hung rudder. Aft self-draining cockpit with synthetic teak-laid seats and cockpit sole. Drop-down bathing platform with integrated swim ladder. Stainless steel and teak cockpit table.
