Southerly 110 Overview
This Southerly 110 is a superb example of Rob Humphreys’ highly regarded lifting-keel cruising yacht, offering an fantastic combination of sailing performance, comfort and shallow-water versatility. Built by Northshore Yachts, the Southerly 110 is renowned for its unique Swing Keel, allowing her to draw just 0.71m with the keel raised, while providing a maximum draft of 2.18m when lowered for excellent windward performance.
Reprieve is presented in a superb condition and has been fastidiously maintained and upgraded. She benefits from an upgraded Yanmar 3JH4E 39hp diesel engine, replaced as an upgrade, renewed standing rigging and guard rails, well-maintained sails and an excellent inventory of Raymarine navigation equipment. The boat was also copper coated in 2025.

Cabin
The Southerly 110 offers a spacious and comfortable cruising interior, with excellent natural light and all-round visibility from the raised saloon. The accommodation offers up to 8 berths with a generous forward cabin, large aft cabin and versatile saloon accommodation. Up forward, there is a lower single berth which extends to form a small double, together with an upper single berth with lee cloths. There is useful under-berth storage, a hanging locker, heating outlet, double socket and opening fore hatch with heat-reflective shade. Deck opening hatch to the foredeck.
Stepping aft into the main saloon, there is a a large U-shaped dinette to port settee with an extending dining table which comfortably seats six and converts to a double berth. Opposite to starboard is the single settee. There is excellent storage beneath and behind the seating. Stepping up, you have the L-shaped galley to port, which is well equipped with a double stainless-steel sink, hot and cold pressurised water supply, top-loading Isotherm refrigerator with intelligent eco freezer plate and a Nelson gimballed cooker with two burners, grill and oven. Plenty of stowage, additional under-floor storage, LED lighting and opening overhead hatches.
Opposite to starboard, is the inside helm position and chart table with the electrical distribution panel, navigation equipment including autopilot controls and chart stowage. Aft of the chart table is the separate heads compartment with a SeaFlo electric toilet with a holding tank, basin and shower. Hot & cold pressurised water supply. There is access to the heads from the galley area and aft cabin. The aft cabin comprises of a large double berth, twin hanging lockers and a vanity unity over to port.

Upgraded electric halyard winch with a foot control (new 2023). Lewmar 8 control line winch on the mast. Lines led aft through clutches.

Located beneath the companionway is the upgraded Yanmar 3JH4E marine diesel engine, fitted new in 2008. 39hp, three-cylinder, naturally aspirated. Shaft driven to a three-bladed 20 x 14 propeller. The engine has approximately 1000 hours and has been regularly serviced. Rope cutter. Electric start. Single lever controls. Approximately 180L fuel tank. Engine exhaust alarm.
