Cabin

Beautifully appointed interior offering up to eight berths, with three separate sleeping cabins with excellent headroom throughout with a lovely teak internal fitout.

The spacious saloon of this Hatteras 52 CMY we have for sale provides comfortable seating to both port and starboard with the lower helm station positioned to starboard. Venetian blinds, generous storage and excellent natural light create a welcoming living space. Forward of the saloon is a raised dinette which converts into a generous double berth, opposite a well-equipped galley featuring a full-size Frigedamaster refrigerator/freezer (recently replaced), slimline dishwasher, stainless steel sink, Sharp microwave with convection oven and grill, four-ring halogen hob and ample storage.

The forward owner’s cabin features a double berth with generous locker space and ensuite heads compartment complete with vanity unit, electric toilet, hot and cold pressurised water and separate shower cubicle. The guest cabin provides comfortable accommodation with twin single berths and excellent storage, whilst the day heads includes an electric toilet, vanity unit and separate shower.

Cruising speed approximately 17–19 knots with a maximum speed of around 24 knots. Heat exchangers recently serviced. Full engine service August 2026.

Construction

Built by Hatteras Yachts in 1990 to a Hargrave design. White GRP modified deep-V hull with white GRP superstructure. Wide moulded non-slip side decks. Stainless steel rubbing strake with rubber insert. Self-draining aft cockpit and flybridge. Hydraulic steering to upper and lower helm positions. Professionally maintained throughout her life with documented engine rebuilds and ongoing servicing.
