Cabin

Offering up to six comfortable berths in a beautifully crafted mahogany interior, teak and holly soleboards throughout with blue upholstery. Up forward, there is a comfortable double berth, generous stowage provided by eye level lockers, hanging locker and under the berth lockers. Deck opening hatch.

Moving aft into the saloon, there is a double drop-leaf table with integrated bottle locker to centre, with two single settee berths to port and starboard. Good stowage around the saloon. The well-equipped L-shaped galley is to port, which includes a Plastimo Neptune two-burner gas cooker with oven and grill, Frigomatic refrigerator, double stainless-steel sinks with a pressurised hot & cold water supply. Manual filtered drinking water tap and excellent storage.

Opposite to starboard, is the forward-facing chart table with the electrical distribution panel, drawer storage and navigation equipment. The heads compartment is in the starboard quarter which is fitted with a Jabsco marine toilet, holding tank, hot and cold shower, washbasin and excellent storage.

Fractionally rigged Bermudan sloop. Deck-stepped aluminium mast and boom by Selden. Selden Rodkicker. Slab reefing mainsail system. Furlex 200S headsail furling system. Backstay adjuster. Lines led aft through Lewmar clutches. Stainless steel standing rigging was replaced in 2013. Dyneema running rigging replaced in 2018. Hallberg-Rassy removable stainless steel bowsprit fitted for asymmetric cruising chute. Two Lewmar 44 self-tailing primary winches. Two Lewmar 16 self-tailing halyard winches. Antal W16 mast winch.

Machinery

Located behind the companionway steps is the Volvo Penta 2030 marine diesel engine. Three-cylinders, 29hp, naturally aspirated. Freshwater-cooled via a ehat exchanger. Saildrive to Volvo three-bladed folding bronze propeller with Ambassador rope cutter. Saildrive diaphragm replaced in 2019 with saildrive anodes renewed during the last engine service. Vetus exhaust muffler and anti-siphon valve fitted. 155L diesel tank.

Construction

Built by Hallberg-Rassy in 1999 to a German Frers design. White GRP hull, deck and superstructure with teak laid side decks and cockpit. Three coats of Gelshield epoxy protection were professionally applied in 2005. Deep lead fin keel secured by ten stainless steel keel bolts. Tiller steering to a spade hung rudder. Hallberg-Rassy windscreen incorporating stainless steel handrails. Spring cleats fitted. Upper guard wires renewed in 2022.
