About Us
Keen sailors and regular customers of Fox’s Yacht Sales, Tim and Sarah Long took over the business from Robert Shufflebottom and Robert Campbell-Gray at the end of 2023. The ‘two Roberts’ had been managing the company since 1991 providing a high level of advice to those selling, buying or maintaining their boats. Tim and Sarah look forward to continuing that tradition for many years to come.
Starting in Christmas 2023 the company has grown the brokerage boats for sale, continued to offer Beneteau parts and is pleased to continue as a main Dealer for Beneteau, part of Group Beneteau, the largest boat builder in the world. Beneteau’s new range of sailing and motor boats is extensive with racing, cruising or a mix being well catered for.
The wife and husband team are joined by James Lancaster with a history as an effective yacht broker on the East Coast. James is Sarah’s brother. This family approach brings an ethos of trust and integrity to the firm as well as practical and technical experience.
In 2013 Fox’s Yacht Sales separated from the rest of the Fox’s Group and became fully independent although still offering clients and customers access to one of the largest marine workshops and chandlers in the UK. At the core of Fox’s Yacht Sales is customer service and a high level of knowledge and experience providing best advice.
Based at Fox’s Marina, Ipswich, we offer a full yacht and motorboat brokerage service, not only from our on-site sales area but also across Europe and the Mediterranean with the ‘two Roberts’ having achieved sales in France, Spain, Holland, Sweden, Portugal, Greece and Turkey.
