Description

Popular with discerning motor boat and ex? sailors alike, the Seaward 25 is a purposeful looking motor boat. Designed by Arthur Mursell and built by Seaward Marine Ltd in 2007. No 059. SSR Registered.

Her twin diesels give a sense of comfort, manoeuvrability and performance ? 22kts max, cruising at 15 to 19kts. Features include; large cockpit, enclosed wheelhouse, 2 + 2 berth accommodation, galley and separate heads. ?Tempus Fugit? is very well equipped including hot water, heating, radar, autopilot etc

Construction

Blue GRP round bilged semi displacement hull with centre keel.

Varnished teak spray rails plus 3’ rubber D fendering at deck level.

Twin bronze cast rudders hydraulically operated.

White GRP decks, superstructure and aft cockpit.

Aft cockpit with stern bench seat plus seating on engine boxes.

Grey painted non-slip deck surfaces.

Stern teak slatted bathing platform with folding swim ladder.

Teak internal joinery.

 

Mechanics

2 x Yanmar 4JH4-HTE 110hp, 4 cylinder diesel engines.

Flexibly mounted and accessible beneath individual GRP engine covers.

Fresh water heat exchanger cooling with wet exhausts.

Individual fuel tank and battery for each engine.

Hurth 2:1 hydraulic gearboxes

Contra rotating shaft driven 4 bladed propellers with Stripper rope cutters.

Cruising speed – 15/16kts. Max speed – approx. 22kts

Consumption reported at 15kts approx’ 9.5 litres per hour per engine.

Engine Hours: approx’ 400. Last serviced 2018, very few hours since.

Vendor will have engines serviced prior to sale completion.

Aft cockpit High coamings with engine boxes to port & stbd and aft bench seat/locker. Removable storage tray for warps etc, access beneath to various boat systems. Water tight side lockers with access to gas bottles and RCCB.

Fuel:                 260 litres fuel in two stainless steel tanks.

Freshwater:      120 litres fresh water in flexible tank.

Hot water:         heated by engine and immersion heater.

12 volt system – 2 x 12v Varta batteries fitted Aug’ 2018.

Batteries charged by engine driven alternator or 50A charger.

12v lighting throughout. 12v socket. Navigation lights.

Victron 1200W / 50A multi compact inverter/battery charger.
