Description

Aft cockpit lift keel trailer-sailer with accommodation for 4 and well proven good sailing performance. Nicely equipped, well cared for and in good condition, includes a 4 wheel road trailer.

Designed by Bill Parker and built by Parker Lift Keel Yachts Ltd in 2007.

Construction

White Isothalic resin GRP hull with blue style line, Grey GRP deck with non slip surfaces, coachroof and self draining aft cockpit. Coremat stiffening.

Internal GRP mouldings with teak internal joinery. Teak and holly faced cabin sole boards.

Low centre of gravity composite lifting keel with rope tackle lifting control and lock-down rod.

Varnished teak tiller steering with tiller extension on lifting spade rudder with s/steel fittings.

Foam buoyancy between hull and inner moulding forward, midships and aft.

West Coppershield 2000.

Trailer

RM 4-Wheel road trailer – Including webbing ratchet strap, guide bars and steel mast support.

Engine

Tohatsu 6hp 4 stroke petrol Saildrive outboard engine mounted in stern well with separate fuel tank and regulator charging.

Tanks

Petrol – 25 litres in polypropylene tank.

Water – 40 litres in 2 x plastic tanks.

Electrics

12 volt system. 12 volt 70 ah battery with regulator charging from outboard and Sunware flexible solar panel. Switch panel with circuit breakers. 12v LED Interior lights. LED chart light. 12v socket for cooler box. Masthead Tri-white navigation lights. NASA BM-1 battery monitor

2 x Antal 16 self-tailing sheet/reefing winches.

Spars and Rigging

Fractional sloop rig. Z Spars alloy deck stepped single spreader mast, single line slab reefing boom and spinnaker pole. Terylene running rigging including Asymmetric spinnaker running gear. 1 x 19 stainless steel wire standing rigging with adjustable backstay. Facnor headsail furling gear. All control lines led aft to 2 x 4 jammers at cockpit. Genoa and harken mainsheet tracks plus mainsheet fixed point. Mast raising and lowering equipment.
