Built in 1967 by Hillyards in Littlehampton, ?Visanya? is a rare aft cockpit example of the double-

ended 9 tonner, providing a deep, safe, roomy cockpit and then four berths below ? two in the

saloon and two pilot berths forward of the saloon.

In her current ownership sine 2016, prior to that we understand she had a long term owner.

Regularly sailed and maintained by her enthusiastic owner.

Iroko planked below waterline on steam bent oak timbers.

Oak floors with cast iron ballasted long keel, iron keel bolts.

Hydraulic wheel steering plus tiller on aft deck (hydraulic motor overhauled)

Keel hung rudder.

Mahogany coachroof trunking, cockpit, toe rail and coamings.

Sheathed plywood decks – grey painted.



Perkins 4.107 35hp fresh water cooled four cylinder diesel engine

TMP hydraulic reversing reduction gearbox – recently serviced.

Shaft driven 3 bladed bronze propeller.

Original Perkins ignition panel, with new ignition light.

Single lever Morse engine control – recently replaced.

Engine wiring inspected and modernised as required.

Engine recently fully serviced plus new hoses/belts etc.
