Designed by Finot/Conq and built by Benteau in 2009.

Very tidy, Owners Version one aft cabin, fin keel version of the popular Oceanis 34. Comfortable internal layout, excellent sailing performance and well organised deck are all features on the 34. VAT paid, Just Grace was sold by us new to current owner. No 68.


White GRP hull with grey style lines.External low centre of gravity cast iron fin keel.

Goiot wheel steering with cable link to semi balanced spade rudder. Emergency tiller.

White GRP deck, superstructure and self-draining aft cockpit. Moulded non-slip surfaces on sidedecks and coachroof.

Natural wood laid cockpit seats and cockpit sole. Lifting stern seat giving access to aft bathing platform. GRP interior moulding with fruitier internal joinery.


Yanmar 3YM20 21hp three cylinder diesel engine fitted beneath companionway in sound deadened compartment. Fresh water cooled with heat exchanger and wet exhaust. Flex mounts. Reversing reduction gearbox with R & D flexible coupling and shaft driven three bladed Darglow featherstream folding propeller (original propeller supplied). Shaft protected by GRP skeg. Single lever engine control on pedestal. 800 engine hrs.


Fuel - 130 litres in rigid plastic fuel tank (with gauge and low level alarm)

Freshwater - 290 litres in two rigid plastic tanks

Hot water tank – 25 litres

Holding tank – 80 litres plastic tank - sea/deck discharge


12 volt system – 1 x Engine, 4 x Domestic 85/88 ah and 1 x Refrigerator 12v lead acid batteries charged by engine driven 60A alternator, battery charger or 55w monocrystalline Solar Panel through PWM5 and EP Duo charge controllers. Wired via isolators and Cyrix 120 micro processor controlled split charge and 200A 

relays to distribution board with circuit breakers and 12v socket. Interior 12 volt LED and Hallogen lighting throughout. Navigation lights –Tri-colour, steaming, and anchor lights.      

240 volt system - shore power connection via sterling galvanic Isolator and lead, RCD, marine battery charger. UK Sockets in each cabin. Immersion heater in hot water tank.

Heated towel rails in heads.

Spars and Rigging

Deck stepped silver anodised Z Spars alloy mast with double spreaders, single line slab reefed boom and Lazyjacks. Facnor twin groove furling headsail gear. 1 x 19 stainless steel wire standing rigging with twin backstays. Sprung rod kicker. Fixed length Whisker pole. Polyester running rigging with all controls led back to cockpit,

Harken winches – 2 x H40. 2 STC Genoa and 2 x STC halyard / reefing winches. Mainsail Traveller.

One of our favourite models from Beneteau. Easily handled with really good performance, comfortable layout below decks with lots of light. “Just Grace” was supplied by us new and is a well presented clean and tidy yacht.
