Description

Beautiful looking Farr designed cruiser/racer with interior styling by Nauta Design. Built By Beneteau, France in May 2014.

For sale due to the owners lack of time available to sail, "Lobo Dos" has had very little use - only 59 engine hours - and is in pretty much "as new" condition. The Beneteau First 35 is capable of full on racing, although "Lobo Dos" is set up for cruising and round the cans racing.

Construction

Grey GRP hull with cast iron torpedo style fin keel. Wheel steering to semi balanced spade rudder and emergency tiller. White GRP deck, superstructure and self-draining aft cockpit with fitted GRP asymmetric bowsprit. Moulded non-slip deck surfaces. Teak laid cockpit seats. GRP inner moulding with varnished Blonde Ash Alpi joinery.

Engine

Yanmar 3YM30SD 29HP three cylinder diesel engine. Fresh water cooling with heat exchanger and wet exhaust. Flex mounts. Electric start with cockpit panel and removable Spinlock single lever control. Reversing reduction gear box with SailDrive leg to a two bladed folding propeller.

75 litres Fuel in rotomoulded tank

200 litres Fresh water in two rotomoulded tanks

25 litre Hot water tank – heated by engine & 240v Immersion

80 litre Holding tank

Electrics

12 volt system – 2 x 110ah domestic batteries and 1 x 70ah engine start battery charged by engine driven alternator. 12v lighting throughout.

9/10ths fractional sloop with 105% overlap. Silver anodised alloy, keel stepped, double swept spreader mast and slab reefing boom.

1 x 19 stainless steel wire standing rigging with adjustable backstay tackle. Headsail furling gear. Sprung rod kicker with cascade tackle. GRP asymmetric bow sprit. Mast stowed spinnaker pole. Low stretch running rigging with controls led back to cockpit, including spinnaker & asymmetric running gear. Adjustable headsail tracks. Adjustable mainsheet track with German type mainsheet.
