Description

Built 2002 by Aquastar, Guernsey to a Geoff Wilson design.

British SSR registered, VAT paid. Rugged semi-displacement twin diesel motor boat with an excellent reputation for offshore cruising.

"Lodsen" was individually built for her first owner with a two berth accommodation layout, a sociable saloon with seating to both port and starboard plus many bespoke additions such as heavier stainless guardrails, curved rear saloon sliding door etc. A nicely equipped and well maintained example of the Aquastar 38.

Construction

Blue heavy duty GRP hull (Re- sprayed Oct’ 2013 by Fox’s Boatyard) with full length sprayrails, long centre keel and 4” rubber “D” fendering.

White GRP decks, superstructure, self-draining aft cockpit and stern bathing platform.

Teak laid side decks, forward coachroof top (re-caulked 2014), cockpit sole and bathing platform.

Hydraulic wheel steering to twin rudders.

Hi gloss varnished mahogany internal joinery.
